first time I was struggling:
- 1. 3 or 4 rounds? that is not clear, please be more precise
-2. 50 reverse burpees is way to much, compared to the other exercises
-3. timing: 45 minutes and done or till all rounds are completly done. as mentioned above, would be good to know then if 3 or 4 rounds
- rest is great as always
