I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Playbook can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Matt offers programs to suit both men and women who are at different stages of their fitness journeys. Plus, Matt walks you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need a gym membership?
No — all of my programs are designed to be done without a gym.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the program, but all my programs and workouts are designed to be done without a gym. I have bodyweight-only programs, dumbbell-only programs, kettlebell-only programs and a callisthenics program that uses resistance bands and a pull-up bar.
