Father, Husband, Cancer survivor. I’ve been training without a gym now going on 6 years, no gym no problem! My workouts are focused around bodyweight and minimal equipment functional training to leave you in the best shape of your life! I am a big believer in having freedom with your workouts, it eliminates excuses and keeps the variety- which in turn leads to success in your fitness and health goals!

Goals

My playbook will give you the freedom to take your workouts anywhere! No gym is needed. You’ll become fitter than ever before! Develop rock solid core strength that will bullet proof your lower back and build lean muscle, while shedding fat. A lean athletic body type will be the result!

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done anywhere! The majority is bodyweight but i also use a kettlebell/s or dumbbell/s and sometimes a pull up bar. It depends on the program selected!
