A kettlebell and a jump rope
A dumbbell can be used instead of the kettlebell

These workouts will challenge any fitness level as a lot is time based, you get out what you put in
How to schedule the program into a week?
On average there is 4-5 workouts each week. Aim to give yourself a rest break after a 2-3 days in concession
