Here I’m using a set of 10, 15, and 22.5-pound dumbbells. I like to do this as a 4 round circuit but you can also do four sets of each exercise if you prefer. I love combining my ab workout in with my upper body movements. This would be a great out to add 15 to 30 minutes of cardio.
