Last set: 4 drop 15

On the 15 rep drop set don’t stand all the way up until the last rep.

*Barbell Front Squats (drop set back squat)

Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 12 reps rack the weight and take a 10 second break, then jump back in with the same weight for as many reps as possible.

*Barbell Squat (sumo stance) (1:2:1:0)

Leg Press (feet high and wide) (1:10:1:0)

*Decline Dumbbell Leg Curl

Switch what leg touches the pad each set.

Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 12 reps set the weight down and take a 10 second break, then jump back in with the same weight for as many reps as possible.

*Lying Leg Curl (legs crossed)

(1:10:1:0) on reps 10,20 and 30

No tempos on the other rep.
