I could definitely tell I was stronger than the last time I did these moves! The split squats were easier. Last time we did the split squat jumps I could hardly jump my one leg off the ground. This time I was able to get my foot off the ground and actually complete the exercise correctly.

Date I say BSS are getting easier ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ upped my weight on them and still felt like a was dying but they are becoming a fave ๐Ÿ˜ณ
