Here’s the flow - this is one big circuit. You’ll do each move consecutively back to back before you take a brief rest. The first round you’ll start with 4 reps per exercise and you’ll increase by 2 reps each round until you make it to 20 reps.
Example:
Round 1 = 4 reps each
Round 2 = 6 reps each
Round 3 = 8 reps each
…………….
Round 9 = 20 reps each
