This is meant to be high intensity and all out. 15 minutes - give it your all! 🔥 You’re going to perform 45seconds of work with a 15 second rest and then begin the next movement. Complete the circuit all the way through, rest for 30 seconds at the end and begin again! Make sure to warmup first and cool down after.
