- Perform reverse lunge 
- After the lunge kick out forward

Lunge to kick out

- Get into a side plank position 
- Extend the upper arm towards the sky 
- Lower the arm and tuck your hand under your body
- Reverse and repeat

Side plank reach through

- Start in a standing position 
- Drop down into a plank position 
- Pop your feet back towards your hands 
- Stand back up and jump while reaching overhead
- Repeat

Half burpee

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Mountain climbers

- Perform a push up
- tap a hand on opposite shoulder

Pushup to shoulder tap

- From a seated position with knees bent and feet off the floor
- Keep your back straight and lean back to 45 degrees 
- Clasp hands together in front of your core
- Twist your torso from side to side
