Description: Lit Full Body

- Lower yourself down and perform a burpee
- As you stand up stay down at the bottom of a squat
- Repeat

Half burpee to squat

- Step out wide into a side lunge 
- Stay low and transfer your weight from one side to the other
- Repeat back and forth

Side lunge transfers

- Run in place with high knees every 3rd high hold for 1 second at the top 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

High knees pauses

- Place your hands on the front edge of the bench just outside hips
- Move forward off the bench with arms extended and shoulders down 
- Bend at the elbows to lower your body
- Elbows should bend straight back 
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps back to starting position

Bench dips

- From elbow plank position
- Walk your hands up to high plank
- Reverse movement back down to the elbows 
- Switching your lead hand each rep (up, up, down, down) 
- Maintain a tight core throughout the movement

Plank walk - up & down

- Push your hips as you come down
- Reach parallel and explode up

Jump squats
