Description: Fullbody fire up

- Perform jumping squats for each leg
- Perform a squat jump 
- Repeat this order for set time

Lunge to squat jumps

- From a push up position press your hips toward the ceiling and keep your legs as straight as possible
- Press the floor away, shrugging your shoulders toward your ears 
- Lift one leg up as high as you can, bring down and towards your opposite elbow
* Work both sides

Single leg downward dog to knee tuck

- Start in standing position
- Drop down into a high plank position
- Pop feet back towards your hands 
- Stand back up and jump while reaching overhead 
- Repeat

Half burpee

- Perform a pushup
- Tap your hands on each opposite shoulder

Pushup to shoulder tap

- Start in a pushup position
- Perform a mountain climber bringing your knees to your opposite elbow

Twisting mountain climber
