My name is George David III. Most people know me as G3. Since an early age, fitness has always been a passion of mine. Sports was cut early for me as I got injured and broke my collar bone playing football in high school. I was not sure what I wanted to do as a career growing up, but I knew I wanted to help people. So I decided to go into fire school to become a firefighter. After my first year, I realized i did not want to pursue this path anymore. I started posting fitness content and people started to recognize my consistency in the gym and started noticing my results. Surely after, they began wanting to train with me. I decided to spend all of my money that I have been saving to build a gym in my backyard. I started to really make a difference, not only in my clients physiques, but their lives as well. From then on, I knew this was the path for me.
