Many challenging moves. I used the middle setting on the block for shrimp squats - I have the goal to eventually go lower!

Shrimp squats & the nija lift at the beginning were tricky !!!

The shrimp squats were not doable for me so I did a variation. Also, the ninja one was difficult too - again I did a variation.
