I would love for there to be more options or modifications. For example plank to forearms is intense on my wrists along with the forearm push up. I am just a bit weak and would love alternative for another move that would work the same muscles! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ Thank you for the workouts as this helps me not be afraid to get to my apartment gym!
