Upped all my weights..: Figured out those barbell front lunges, and maxed out on my bowflex weights for goblet squats! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻😅💦

My thighs will be feeling it tomorrow For sure 😅 Powered through it, and really focused on upping my weight at every set trying to figure out what was my ability 😅
