1st round and you think, this isn't too bad. By round 2.. you are feeling the burn and there's 2 more rounds after that!

Stephanie

- Start with your feet shoulder with apart
- Hold the dumbbells with a slight bend at your elbow engaging your bicep
- Curl up, squeeze at the top and come down

Angled bicep curl

- Lean forward from the hip, keep your knees slightly bent 
- Make sure your back is in neutral position
- Bring you elbows up 
- Extend your arm squeezing your tricep at the top 
- Come down slowly

Bent over tricep extension

- Sit on a medicine ball or chair
- Hold the band with your palms facing each other
- Pull the band towards you keeping your elbows close to your body
- Squeeze your back and return to the initial position

Seated rows

- Start with your knees on the floor
- Hold both handles of the band with one hand
- Pull the band towards you keeping you elbow close to your body
- Squeeze your back and return to the initial position

Unilateral pulldown

Tricep dips

- Start with a staggered stance holding the band
- Pull towards your forehead
- Hold and squeeze the back of your shoulders
