- Place you upper back on a bench
- Hold the dumbbell keeping your elbows at 90 degrees
- Push up engaging  your chest as you go up

Incline press

- Hold the dumbbells in front of you with a slight bend at the elbow
- Bring the dumbbells above your head in a circled motion
- Make sure your elbows are slightly bent through the mvoement

Around the worlds

- Bring the dumbbells up
- Keep a slight bent in your elbows
- Hold at the top

Front raise with isolated hold

- Lie on the floor, facedown, with arms extended overhead and legs straight out behind you
- Palms should be down on the floor
- Squeeze your glutes and lower back to raise your upper body and straight legs off the floor
Hold the top position

Superman holds

- Start with your feet at shoulder width position holding the dumbbell with your elbows at degrees
- Press on dumbbell up over your head
- Come down and repeat on the opposite side

Alternating press

- Start with your feet shoulder width apart holding two dumbbells with a delight bend at the elbow
- Raise the dumbbells laterally until you reach shoulder height 
- Bring the dumbbells back down
