I didn't actually time it, but got in 4 rounds and I think it was pretty close.  I'm not too graceful at tuck jumps, so I substituted jump squats to avoid angering the downstairs neighbors.  And I actually touched my toes doing the Frankenstein's without having to step back to get momentum first, so that was exciting!

AMRAP: As many rounds as possible, with minimal rest between exercises

- Lay on your side keeping your arm extended
- Place you arm on your head
- Come up squeezing your obliques
- Pause at the top and come down slowly

Side crunch

- Lay on the floor with your legs extended
- Raise your legs and as soon as they reach a 90 degree angle lift your hips of the floor
- Return to the initial position with a controlled movement

Leg raise

- Bring your legs and upper body of the floor
- Keep your core engaged during the movement
- Reach toe your toe
- Repeat on opposite side

Alternating toe touch

- Bring your legs and upper body off the floor
- Keep a slight bend at the knee
- Bring you elbow to your knee, squeezing your core
- Repeat on the opposite side

Bicycles

- Start with your feet apart and your chest up
- Drop your butt back and down
- Drive your arms up and push off the floor
- Lift your knees toward your chest
- Bend your knees as you land to absorb the impact

Tuck jumps

- Start with your feet shoulder width apart
- Elevate you leg in front of you
- Touch the point of your foot with your opposite arm
- Repeat on the other side

Frankenstein

- Start with your feet together and above above your knees
- Hop and land in a wide stance
- Push your hips back and bring your body down immediately 
- Soon as you reach the bottom of the squat hop twisting 180 degrees and land in the initial position
