Aurora

AMRAP: as many rounds as possible, with minimal rest between exercises

- Start holding the dumbbell with your palms facing you
- Press both dumbbells up
- As you press rotate the dumbbells until your palms are facing away from you
- Come down retuning to the initial position

Arnold press

- Start in a pushups position
- Your body should form a straight line from heels to head
- Tighten your core and begin bending your elbows, so they angle backward at 45-degrees 
- Pick up your right foot and draw your right knee up and out, so your right knee reaches your elbow
- Repeat on the opposite side

Spider man pushup

- Place you feet in a wide position with your toes pointing out
- Hold the dumbbell with your arms extended in front of you
- Transfer your upper body to one leg bending at the knee
- Keep your other leg extended
- Repeat on the opposite leg without bringing your body up

Wide sumo lunge squat

Squat thrusters

- Sit on the ground with your torso at 45 degrees and you legs in the air
- Hold a dumbbell
- Rotate your torso from one side to the other

Russian twists

- Start in a pushup position
- Hop and bring your feet out
- Hop and bring your feet in
- Keep your core engaged through the movement
