- CLUSTER SETS: use a moderately heavy weight (a weight you can usually get 10-12 reps of). You will be doing several sets of LOW REPS with MINIMAL REST. Pay attention to the rest period noted.
- GYM based program with home modifications/alternatives
- Lower rep = HEAVY weight
- Higher rep = Moderate/Light weight
- Barbell moves can be modified with dumbbells if needed
