Good workout! I noticed a couple little glitches. For B Stance Hip Thrusts it asked for 15 reps but in the description it said 6-8 ea side so I wasn’t sure exactly what to do. I’m also sure I’ve done B Stance Hip Thrusts previously in this program but it didn’t show anything in my previous logs. Otherwise still a great workout and a good sweat.
