I am a former Division One/Pro football player (University of Oregon/UTEP) and coach! After coaching football at UTEP for two years I decided to begin using my knowledge accumulated over years of athletic performance training to help others along their health and fitness journey! I’ve trained under some of the best strength coaches in the world and have a passion for information share, creativity, and FUN workout programs! With a positive mindset, perseverance, and focus anything is achievable! Follow along on my health and fitness journey and let’s grow together!

Goals

My Playbook will help become more athletic, mobile, and most importantly ENERGETIC! Not everyone wants to be an athlete but it’s important to be athletic and able to perform functional movements. Not only will your athleticism improve but so will your aesthetics! If you look good you feel good! It all starts with a healthy diet and movement daily! Allow me to take you through some creative/exciting movements that will undoubtably improve your health and fitness!

Training Requirements

My trainings can be done from just about anywhere! I will post a variety of different movements that can be done at home (or with very little equipment) or at a gym with barbells / bumper plates! I’d recommend: Kettle bells Medicine balls Barbell / bumper plates Squat rack / platform Rogue fitness bike Body weight
