Develop better athletic movement ability, strength, and endurance. The overall goal of this program is for individuals to perform better in their sport (Athletic performance). I want to help athletes become bigger, faster, and stronger while increase their mobility and flexibility! My approach is optimal - we want to remain fresh and injury free in the offseason but continue to push ourselves to become better athletes! In order to get the most out of this program it is important for you to recover as hard as you train so that you can continue to train hard! - Completing our warmup - mobility every day. - Tabbing over to insights and following meal prep guide and starting to meal prep yourself or finding a meal prep service! - Tabbing over to insights and studying and applying information in supplement program These workouts are designed for higher level athletes! The movements will be challenging for all levels but I strongly encourage any and everyone to work through these movements and do their best! All of these movements are highly effective - do your best! Athletes should love to challenge themselves and their body💪🏽 In order to participate in this program you need access to a gym and preferably access to a performance gym. If not I will do my best to put alternative movements in the description of the workouts! Also, be creative! There are many more ways then just one or just my way to get the same outcome / goal of a movement💪🏽

I am a former Division One/Pro football player (University of Oregon/UTEP) and coach! After coaching football at UTEP for two years I decided to begin using my knowledge accumulated over years of athletic performance training to help others along their health and fitness journey!
