What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this program is for “regular athletic people” and non athletic competitive clients to improve their overall fitness level with simplistic movements!
The focus of the program:
Introducing you all to new movements that will increase your mobility - flexibility - strength without putting a strain on your body. This program will also allow you to lean out given the amount of cardio we will hit through out the 4 weeks.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Fitness level clients with weight lifting - athletic experience.
We will utilize kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and cardio equipment throughout the duration of this program!
I encourage all gym goers to challenge themselves and complete this 4 week program! LETS GO💪🏽
How to get the best outcome of the program?
- Dynamic warmup before every single workout
- Complete the sets and reps as shown on APP.
- Foam roll daily (for optimal recovery results)
- Eat fresh produce daily. Also, make sure you guys are looking at my diet / supplement / meal prep guide for specific weight loss + weight gain information!
- Listen to my workout playlist!
