What are the goals of the program? The overall goal of this program is to increase strength from all ranges of motion and body positions: All Combat sports require great Human body movement ability! We want to not only increase your strength - but strength in all movement patterns! This will be done through daily mobility, flexibility and strength + conditioning training!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Get the most out of this program by completing our warmup + mobility daily / Eating fresh produce (See suggestions on my meal prep guide) / By taking recommended supplements (See supplement guide for more information). Every day should present a challenge / push yourself to try new movements, and compete with yourself daily.
What do I need to participate in this program? Ideally in order to complete this program, you’d need access to a CrossFit / athletic performance gym with access to sand bags + kettlebells + barbells + As much performance equipment as possible / Most importantly tons of space!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This program is designed for high level performers with weight room foundational experience!
