We want to not only increase your strength - but strength in all movement patterns! This will be done through daily mobility, flexibility and strength + conditioning training!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Get the most out of this program by completing our warmup + mobility daily / Eating fresh produce (See suggestions on my meal prep guide) / By taking recommended supplements (See supplement guide for more information). Every day should present a challenge / push yourself to try new movements, and compete with yourself daily.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Ideally in order to complete this program, you’d need access to a CrossFit / athletic performance gym with access to sand bags + kettlebells + barbells + As much performance equipment as possible / Most importantly tons of space!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This program is designed for high level performers with weight room foundational experience! However, I recommend this program to any and all level athletes who are competing in any form of combat sport! Challenge yourself to try new movements - See what you’re capable of! Let’s get it💪🏽

I’ve always struggled with changing my weight training to train more like an athlete, but this 100% helps. I totally feel like I’m training to be more powerful and explosive, and having the vids and the timer really makes it feel like you’re being coached. Totally what I need in my daily life now as a young mma fighter.
