10 WEEK JUMP PROGRAM

Get started today!

The overall goal of this program is to increase your ability to jump both vertically, horizontally, & linearly. Throughout this program the goal is to increase your ability to jump and explode out of any and all positions - Limited response time on the ground / ability to respond once feet contact the ground + ability to land properly in an athletic position (Limits risk of injury). Get the most out of this program by working with intent and purpose. Read the description of each exercise and understand why each exercise is implemented into the programming - Your ability to understand will allow you to get more out of your training sessions. Each exercise will have a tempo / goal: Slow & controlled / Slow eccentric count down + explode up / explosive + quick response. As always I recommend following my meal prep and supplement guide + link can be found in the insights! These workouts are designed for higher level athletes! The movements will be challenging for all levels but I strongly encourage any and everyone to work through these movements and do their best! All of these movements are highly effective - do your best! Athletes should love to challenge themselves and their body. This program is specifically for athletes who are looking to increase their ability to explode vertically + horizontally + linearly (football - basketball - mixed martial artist - soccer etc) This program requires access to a gym (although a lot of the program will be body weight specific) you will need access to a sled + barbell + boxes and other weight room equipment!

I am a former Division One/Pro football player (University of Oregon/UTEP) and coach!
