Meet Your Coach Taylor

Hey! Taylor here! I'm a certified personal trainer who has worked with hundreds of clients over the past six years. I opened my own fitness center in 2018, where I've conducted group fitness classes and personal training. I've helped women understand the importance of functional and strength training and what it means to have mental toughness. I am currently a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. During my seven year career, I've received an Army Physical Fitness Badge, an Army Achievement Medal for winning the Iron Soldier competition, and a Certificate of Achievement for competing in the Best Warrior Competition. I have also medaled in several NPC shows in both Bikini and Figure categories!
