How many days per week will I train? This is an intense, high-performance program with 5 strength and power workouts per week, combining heavy lifts, explosive movements, and high-intensity conditioning.
What equipment do I need? You’ll need access to a fully equipped gym with barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines, and cardio equipment. If your gym has a sled, rower, or battle ropes, even better!
