So hard but worth it. Starfish always is the hardest for me. One round takes about 10 mins.

I didn’t think I’d do all 3 tbh, so I’m happy about it, definitely took a lot more rest between each round and 5-10 second breathers between each exercise

It was really good,but coming down the pyramid I had to cut half of some reps… hoping to build strength as I go along ☺️ but yeah 👍 love it 💕
