This is a fun one! Like many of my Reels on social media, I like to do challenges to music! This is what we will be doing for Day 14! BRING SALLY UP PLANK COMMANDO CHALLENGE + Google the "Bring Sally Up" Workout challenge. You can find it on Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0oCsJGLmmbw + Whenever the song says "bring sally up" come to the top of a high plank. When it then says "bring sally down" take your plank back down to a low plank. +For the remainder of the time, you are holding the low plank until it changes back to "bring sally up"!

Great fun challenge. Made it to 2m20 on full high plank. Abs just so tired from so much hard core work everyday haha will keep trying that one to get the whole song done. Thanks for this one LittleT ๐Ÿ‘ really enjoyed it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

My plank record was 1:36 in Feb. I made it until 2:30 ish this time. The rest I had to do knee plank. All 14 days done, itโ€™s a fun challenge!
