The first 3 exercises strained my neck a bit, I am more sensitive to it though, would be great to have exercise relax the neck afterwards.

That hollow body hold gets me every time 😅 doesn't matter if I'm fresh into a workout or it's in my last set! But hey- I got 'er done!
