The description says a 12 min amrap…. But the total time listed is 45 min…. Not sure how long the workout was supposed to be

This was my first workout from the app and my first workout back in the gym in more than a year. I modified it so I didn’t get discouraged if I didn’t do it exactly as written. I did a 400m row instead of run and ab mat sit ups instead of V-ups and I got 2.5 rounds, almost made it to the rower but not quite. This was a good one!
