What are the goals of the program? Increase your anaerobic capacity with AMRAPS (as many rounds/reps as possible) workouts! These can be anywhere from just a few minutes to over 15, but the goal is always to get your blood moving and to get a good sweat!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Anyone can do these style workouts, and everything can be scaled! Scaling options will always be provided in the workouts. Use dumbbells that are challenging but not impossible.
What do I need to participate in this program? AMRAPS will usually include dumbbells, Bodyweight movements, and occasionally cardio equipment such as a bike, rower, or treadmill.
