I've been doing crow pose all wrong! And now I feel like I am back to the very beginning. But that's okay because I will be stronger because of it in the end.

You have two of day 10! This one and the one before it are the same I think. And then in your day 12 video, you say it’s day 13 🤷🏻‍♀️ all good.. just wanted to let you know. Maybe it’s just my app. I’m loving your workouts so much !
