So hard!! I’m doing it with the core crusher and really getting to some muscles that are hidden in there. Where would a good place be to work on back bending? My shoulders are not flexible enough.

Love this!! Definitely going to rotate through day 1 and day 2 for a bit before moving on. These are great for gaining strength in the upper body, which I am definitely lacking. 💪🏼
