-Stand with feet shoulder width apart with a band around your legs above the knee 
-Step back and across into a curtsy lunge
-Step back to start position and squat 
-At top of squat kick your leg out laterally 
-Repeat sequence

Curtsy into squat kicks

-Start in a foot elevated bridge with a band around your legs 
-Pulse your knee apart and back together for desired rep count or time

Elevated bridge into pulse outs

-Stand with feet close and a band around your legs above the knee
-Step out wide and squat
-Step in narrow and squat 
-Kick leg out to side and repeat 

*Work both sides

In & out squat into kick out
