You have no idea how much this helped me. I have been holding onto this sadness for a long time and it has come up again and I never aloud myself to not be okay and this time I am. I think I am going to get through this, this time a little bit easier. Thank you thank you angel

This is one of my favorite meditations hands down. It turns my sadness into a sacred experience where I can self soothe and my emotions can teach me. I so often push my sadness away but when I take the time to really explore it, the experience is powerful!

I've gone a while without meditating and I was finally honest with myself about needing to acknowledge my feelings; when I first started these mediations over a year ago they helped me in so many ways and I am so glad I chose this meditation to start back with ♥︎
