I’m a new mom and I’ve been struggling with mindfulness and occasional frustration. This is the first real meditation I’ve done since pregnancy. My mind wandered so much and insisted on clinging to thoughts that really don’t matter, but I did manage to get to a point of stillness and relaxed the muscles in my face (my temples and jaw clench most of the time now). Thank you.
