Gratitude is my favourite vibration to live in. As soon as you said ‘thank you body’ I felt warmth and melted into my bed… This meditation is incredible before bed ♥️

I take my body for granted a lot, the breaths my lungs take, the beats of my heart, the steps of my legs and my feet, the work of my hands. That was such a helpful reminder to end the day by focusing on all the positives of the day, no matter how small, and to show gratitude to my body for getting me through each day!

It was overwhelming...but good overwhelming. It’s the first thing I’ve done on the app and I need something in my life that can change me. I’m dealing with heartbreak right now, letting go of a man I’ve loved for so long, and I feel so disconnected with myself. The moment I started, all I could do is cry. They’re sad cries but relieving tears. I’m happy I finally downloaded your app. I’ve wanted to for a long time but with money tight and feeling like I wasn’t in the right headspace, I kept myself from doing so. Money is still tight but my hearts broken, my soul feels somewhere else, and I need to love myself. You are such an inspiration to people and I’m looking forward to following you and getting back to myself.
