Wow! Before I began the video I wrote my intention for the day and and a few things I’m grateful for. As I began listening to the video for today’s journaling exercise I was struck hard when you gave us the assignment for today. Changing how I view my body is hard! I am cutting through decades of negative self talk and negative talk from family. It’s hard! It sucks! But I’m going to get to the point of loving my body so much that I always fight to keep it healthy and loved. And I will not pass this trauma on to my girls. I will pass love and nourishment and gratitude.
