The journaling prompts have been such an incredible way to start my day! It’s helped me release my feelings on to paper, rather than hold them in. It’s forced me to dig deeper to find the “why” of my feelings and change my mindset. I am only on day 6 and 1/4 of the way through my journal. I feel myself getting lost in my writing. ❤️
