I liked this one. At first all my words were negative and angry.  But then they started to change to peaceful, calm words.  I decided to cross out the negative feelings and wrote that they have no power over me.  I enjoyed the creative aspect of this prompt.

We’re going to get messy today. Open your journal to the next clean page, and just write down words that

come to mind. Make them pretty. Make them upside down or sideways. Make them big or little. Make them

cross on top of each other. Maybe write the words like how they feel. Write the words however you want!

DAY 1: START WITH ONE WORD

Thank you I always have journal gratitude in the morning but never went back to it at night. Your right my exhaustion kicks in and I feel wiped out completely done for the day but would love to try to change the vibration

So great! I am enjoying taking the time to pause, reflect inward and getting those special thoughts down on paper in the quietness of the morning before the activities of the day begin.

DAY 2: RAISE YOUR VIBRATION WITH GRATITUDE

You know, today was a hard day… it’s been one where my anxiety is high and anger has been at the forefront of everything I’ve done. This brought me back to the understanding it’s okay to feel and not always be okay but also remember that there is good in everything and that there is always something to be grateful for. It was a great way to end my day and fill my soul with peace before I drift off to sleep.

I loved this exercise!! It’s so easy to dwell on the negative in our day but when I applied the same energy to find the positive, that was easy too! And changed how I felt about the whole day. ❤️

I enjoyed it. I like seeing my thoughts on paper. Even the less desirable ones seem so much less daunting and alarming.

DAY 3: LEARN FROM THE GOOD & THE BAD

I felt so much anxiety writing my fear down. I could feel my heart rate increasing. Then, I claimed my power over this fear and I felt the anxiety get smaller and lose some of its power. ❤️

I have something planned for this weekend that is already causing my anxiety. I decided to do this journal exercise again to help work on my fear and anxiety related to this event. I

DAY 4: LET GO OF FEAR

It felt like you were rushed. I found it distracting and it made it difficult to focus and do the exercise.

So interesting! I had this dream last week and remember feeling like bleck that was a mixture of bizarre and disturbing.. just now writing it in paper I fricking GET it.. a mirror, looking at self worth.. not WHO was In the dream or what I’m doing in the dream but WHY... >mind blown<

DAY 5: RECALL YOUR DREAM

The journaling prompts have been such an incredible way to start my day! It’s helped me release my feelings on to paper, rather than hold them in. It’s forced me to dig deeper to find the “why” of my feelings and change my mindset. I am only on day 6 and 1/4 of the way through my journal. I feel myself getting lost in my writing. ❤️

Usually I do my journaling in the morning but today it didn't happen until night. I was irritated today and I knew I had messed up my schedule. And then this prompt came.  Perfect timing at end of day to acknowledge my frustrations

Day 9 - STOP. DROP. WRITE YOUR EMOTIONS

Wow! Before I began the video I wrote my intention for the day and and a few things I’m grateful for. As I began listening to the video for today’s journaling exercise I was struck hard when you gave us the assignment for today. Changing how I view my body is hard! I am cutting through decades of negative self talk and negative talk from family. It’s hard! It sucks! But I’m going to get to the point of loving my body so much that I always fight to keep it healthy and loved. And I will not pass this trauma on to my girls. I will pass love and nourishment and gratitude.

Day 10 - GIVE GRATITUDE FOR YOUR BODY

Today was one of the worst days. I was moody, my kids were moody, we all were cranky with each other. And what a beautiful way to end of crappy day by filling my heart of gratitude.  My heart can be full of gratitude even on the worst of days and the best of days and everything in between.  And once I got started I thought of more things I was grateful for.

This was great. I was irritated at my children today for getting into my stuff.  But as I stopped and thought, I realized maybe I haven't taught them how to respect others stuff or what do they need and are trying to tell me by doing this.

DAY 16: LET NEGATIVE THOUGHTS BE YOUR TEACHER

Usually doing positive affirmations it's short like "I am smart" but today I really listened and took the time to write them down and expound on them.

DAY 17: ATTRACT POSITIVE ENERGY WITH AFFIRMATIONS

Love this. I struggle with setting healthy boundaries with family and this perspective was great to visually see it.
