I felt so much anxiety writing my fear down. I could feel my heart rate increasing. Then, I claimed my power over this fear and I felt the anxiety get smaller and lose some of its power. ❤️

So my biggest fear is dying when I think about dying and all the details Pain The unknown of when How my death can effect others Being buried is creepy to me being in a closed casket 😬🤦‍♀️ But being Cremated what will happen to my ashes after family members pass and I’m also burning 🔥 Anyone I can go on but your right it’s not happening right now BUT I can’t escape from death so I want to be able to not fear it! I believe in God I know I will be in heaven but the process to get their sends me into complete fear that I am not living my best life . How do I cross it out with and write it doesn’t have power over me when eventually it will happen
