Thank you I always have journal gratitude in the morning but never went back to it at night. Your right my exhaustion kicks in and I feel wiped out completely done for the day but would love to try to change the vibration

So great! I am enjoying taking the time to pause, reflect inward and getting those special thoughts down on paper in the quietness of the morning before the activities of the day begin.
