Loved this flow, will definitely do this again.
Only one thing is that I did not notice when the session was done, did I miss something,
After a while I looked at my screen and it was just blank
I will check your other exercises as well

It was great, I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm not very flexible. I have downloaded so many apps and tried so many videos and yours was the best. I plan to stick to this one for a while. Lol
