Great workout! Love the variety of workouts in each circuit and time goes by fast! Got through more reps this week, so I know one day the abs I desire are going to start peeking through😁

Amazingly hard. Lol A lot of back to back plank moves so you feel that burn all over. I definitely felt the core workout, but it’s like full body.
