Despite my modification on the squats, that was ONE of my favorites; I might have a love-hate relationship with that tri set and I’m pretty sure I did an extra set of abductors.. ouchie! I understood the assignment on todays weekly workout…🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh my goodness glutes were screaming during that whole workout 😮‍💨 was super tired and unmotivated this morning but feeling so much better after that. Love having workouts to follow for days when energy is low!
