Started with a 2 mile run for my cardio then did the weights. Super sweaty! I did notice that today's workout happened to have a "gym" move in it. Worked for me since I have a cable machine in my basement but you might want to swap out the straight arm last pull down since this is technically the home version. Now to hit my bag for day 3!πŸ₯Š
