I grew up active doing dance, gymnastics and then cheerleading all through high school. I watched my parents workout almost every day and my mom doing 80’s exercise videos. It was always my dream to create a workout video of my own! When I didn’t make the college cheer team, I was a little lost with what I wanted to do in life. I know I wanted to stay active so I became a certified personal trainer and thought about joining a CrossFit gym or doing body building competitions. My freshman year of college, my friends took me to some MMA fights, and I was hooked. I found a gym and started training. I fought as an amateur all through college while still developing my skills as a personal trainer. I later turned pro, started my own supplement company (Bad Athletics) and now I’m excited to share my knowledge and workouts with you through my PlayBook!

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done in the gym (preferred) or at home with dumbbells.
