So this morning my husband walked in the treadmill while I worked out. He knows how much I dislike yelling trainers so as I'm doing the HIIT portion he's yelling "ok Peleton. You can do this! C'mon Peleton don't give up now!" Laughter adds a bit of abs to the workout...πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£
